Update - The AWS connectivity issue is resolved, and the Enterprise Data Warehouse load is now underway and should be complete by1:00 PM. All Power BI reports should be refreshed by 3:00 PM. We appreciate your patience!

Identified - Due to an AWS connectivity issue, overnight updates to InformSU reports have been delayed. Affected Power BI reports currently display data updated as of yesterday, June 15. Once the connectivity issue is resolved, we will begin the process of running updates and will post here as there is progress to report.

Resolved - This issue has been resolved. InformSU and Softdocs are confirmed to be operational again.

Investigating - There is a connectivity issue to SeattleU applications and systems preventing access from campus and VPN. Both IT and the vendor are working to resolve the issue. More information to come as it transpires.

Scheduled - Due to planned maintenance, some SSRS reports will not be available starting at 6pm on June 14th, and all day on June 15th. Most of the reports affected are registration reports, which can also be viewed in PowerBI, which will not be affected. All report availability should resume on the morning of June 16th.
